Oxford introduces ordinance to establish cannabis business regulations

OXFORD — With a nine-month cannabis moratorium set to end in Oxford at the end of February, the Commissioners of Oxford introduced an ordinance that would establish regulations for cannabis businesses at a town meeting on Tuesday.
